Q: I completed an officer training requirement on Z-Learning, but it’s not showing as complete on the ZetaBase report. Who can help?
A: Please contact International Office at zetataualpha@zetataualpha.org with your name, chapter name, a description of the issue and a screenshot of your My Progress tab proving completion.

Q: How do I find what I am looking for in Z-Learning?
A: Use the search bar or filter feature. When using the search bar, type in your keywords, pause for the results to populate and click “View All Results.” You can also find workshops and resources by using the Membership Type, Collegiate Officer Role, National Officer Role, Key Words, File Type and other filters.

Q: Can my initiation tests be reset?
A: The Pre- and Post-initiation tests are set up to allow as many attempts as you need to earn a passing score. Once you earn a passing score, the test will close and cannot be reset.

Q: Where can I find a webinar?
A: Navigate to the Workshops tab to access an upcoming, live webinar. To view a recording of a previous webinar, navigate to the Resources tab. Filter by “Webinar” in the File Type field to narrow your search.

Q: What is the difference between workshops and resources?
A: The Workshops tab includes interactive modules for both chapter officer training and general knowledge. The Resources tab includes downloadable files, such as PDFs, PowerPoints, video recordings and more.
